All about the Panchase Trek.

Panchase Trek is an adventure for beginners who wish to explore one of the easiest trails in the Annapurna region. Thus, exploring the lesser-popular trails, Panchase Treks navigates a discreet region filled with beautiful scenery of the pristine  Mt. Annapurna and Mt. Machhapuchhre peaks.

A few days of trekking on the Panchase Trek take you through the lush forests and sparse settlements to the west of Phewa Lake. Relish the sights of the Himalayas like Lamjung(6983m), Machhapuchhre(6997m), Manaslu(8163m), and Annapurna Range.

The Panchase Trek lasts for 11 days and commences upon your arrival at Kathmandu. First, you’ll indulge in a sightseeing tour of the historical Kathmandu valley and visit some UNESCO World Heritage Sites, namely: Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, and Swayambhunath.

Next, you can either embark on a 30-minute flight or 6hours drive to reach Pokhara. From Pokhara, you’ll drive 5 hours west of Pokhara to Bhumdi village via Khade Khola. Bhumi is mostly inhabited by Gurung and Brahmin tribes. A 6-hour uphill trek through quaint natural setting brings you to the top of Panchase at Panchase Hanjyang.

From here, you can catch some pristine sights of Annapurna I (8091m), Lamjung (6983m), Gangapurna (7454m), and Machhapuchhre (6997m) in the distance. Panchase is a quaint hill station located inside Annapurna Region. Afterward, you’ll begin descending along the sparsely settled villages of Bhadaure, Dhampus, Kirakhor, and Hyangja to reach Pokhara.

Due to its discreet setting, Panchase remains the least visited trekking destination in the region. Its close proximity to Pokhara makes it an easily accessible trek destination. The trek requires moderate fitness hence, it suits trekkers of any age. The trek is best when done during spring (Mar-Jun) and autumn (Sep-Nov) seasons that guarantee the best weather and accessibility.

At Eternal Himalaya, we prioritize the needs of our clients before anything else. We also offer guides and porters as per your necessity on this Panchase Trek. We offer complete customization on the itinerary to suit your budget and preference.

Panchase Trek is highly recommended. The last time I was in Nepal, I walked the Everest Base camp Trek. It was also great. But the sunrise in the Annapurna Sanctuary beat everything. The trek leads over beautiful Rhododendron forests, bamboo forests up to rocky high mountains. I am very satisfied with the service and support from this company. They have wonderful guides and friendly relation with the guests. The support was flawless and everything worked great. Thank you for making my trip amazing. Good luck !!
